Arsine (AsH3) is a colorless, extremely flammable gas with a garlic-like odor. Arsine and arsine gas/air mixtures are flammable and explosive and may be ignited by heat, sparks, or flames. The explosive limits (% by volume in air) are 4.5% (lower limit) and 78% (upper limit).
Arsine is extensively used in the semiconductor industry as doping agents. Arsine is also used as an agent in the manufacture of light-emitting diodes and glass dyes and in the production of microchips.
Industrial processes, including welding, soldering, refining, galvanising and etching may lead to the accidental formation of arsine . Arsine is also used in mining and manufacturing processes involving arsenicals and paints and herbicides containing arsenicals.
Ankur Speciality Gases & Technologies Pvt Ltd provide Arsine Gas with purity of 99.9995% - 99.9999% for your semiconductor industry.
